RETURNS 

Returns will ONLY be excepted if the product has not been opened/tampered with in any way and remains in the protective hygiene bag still completely sealed and unopened with the original packaging along with the super glue, spare beads and wire which are also in the box.  

Once the item has been opened or tampered with the product can no longer be returned for hygiene reasons! 

If the item is returned and on inspection this has failed (a reason will be given for this), as it is outside of our returns policy this will result in the item not being refunded! 

The item can be returned to the client at their own cost, and we will keep the item for 60 days then if the billed amount has not been paid for the returned postage the item will be destroyed. 

All returns must be within 30 days of the receipt of the item and will be checked before the refund is released.
